...Sacred Mirrors...

Life arrives wearing many faces.
A lover.
A parent.
A friend.
A stranger.
A disappointment.
A blessing.
Each one carrying a fragment of our own reflection.
People are always crossing our paths. Some are easy to love. Others challenge that capacity. Some inspire us, while others stir frustration, grief, or anger.
What if every encounter is an invitation?
What if life is revealing parts of ourselves through the people we meet?
The parent who irritates us may illuminate an old wound still seeking understanding.
The stranger who offers unexpected kindness may remind us of the generosity that lives within each of us.
The disappointment that breaks our heart may reveal an attachment we didn't realize we carried.
The lover who awakens something forgotten may reconnect us to a dormant aspect of our own aliveness.
Again and again, life places mirrors before us.
To illuminate.
To awaken.
To reveal.
To help us see.
Sometimes the reflection is beautiful.
Sometimes it is uncomfortable.
Sometimes it reveals a gift.
Sometimes it reveals a wound.
Yet all are sacred.
For what is seen can be tended.
What is illuminated can be integrated.
What is brought into awareness can begin to transform.
The invitation is not to decide whether an experience is good or bad, wanted or unwanted. The invitation is to become curious.
What is this moment showing me?
What is this person awakening within me?
What part of myself is asking to be witnessed?
When we begin to listen in this way, we may discover that teachers appear everywhere, revealing the many ways life speaks through relationship.
And perhaps every person who crosses our path becomes a part of our story—a mirror inviting us to remember who we truly are.
